GHOST Appointment / Booking Policies
Please take a moment to review our Appointment and Booking Policies.
Bookings
Appointments are very important to the teams at GHOST.
Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, whilst we understand that sometimes changes are necessary, we respectfully ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance so that your chair can be offered to someone on our waiting list who needs a little pampering.
We really appreciate your help with this.
Allergy / Patch Testing
If you are new to hair colour or have not had a colour at GHOST in the last 6 months or longer, you will be required to come in for a quick allergy alert test at least 48 hours before your colour appointment.
Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours notice.
If we don’t receive 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment then we may miss the opportunity to fill the space, and guests on our waiting list miss the chance to come and see us for some well deserved pampering.
Should we not receive 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment, we reserve the right to withhold your booking deposit and/or charge a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the original appointment value.
Late Arrival
Your appointment slot is reserved just for you and we kindly ask that you arrive to the salon in good time. We get it, sometimes things happen outside of our control; traffic, the weather, or being unable to find a parking space can make you late for an appointment.
If you think you are going to be late please call the salon before your appointment start time.
Please be aware, we reserve the right to refuse service if you are late for your appointment start time should we not have time to complete the service you have booked. It is unfair for us to overrun and impact other guests appointments because of late arrivals.
When we cancel an appointment due to late arrival you will forfeit your booking deposit (if applicable).
No Shows
If you fail to attend an appointment you will be asked to pay for the appointment that you missed. You will also be asked to pre pay, for future appointment bookings.
We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute, and we can assure you that we will be sympathetic if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
All we ask for is 48 hours’ notice. Should you fail to attend an appointment that has been prepaid, or notify us of a cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will forfeit your booking deposit and be charged 50% of the appointment value.
